Click to Call works much like our web based live chat (link to Live Chat overview page). All you have to do is place a link on your web page and visitors can get an automatic phone call from one of your agents.
» Bridging the Gap
If an agent has conferencing enabled, we will automatically bridge the call between the agent and user, connecting them simultaneously. If conferencing is not enabled, the call request will be sent to an agent and an agent can then call the visitor back.
» Just Like Chat
Click-to-Call also comes with all the features of our live chat (link to Live Chat breakout page) service and is integrated with all of our work flow capabilities, such as auto routing, queuing, and more. Pre-call and post-call surveys are standard with our Click-to-Call service allowing you to track the effectiveness of your agents along with all the reporting you receive with our Click-to-Chat service.
